United States Masters Swimming (USMS) is a national organization that provides organized swim practices, competitions, and clinics for adults 18 and over. USMS is open to all swimmers (fitness, triathlete, competitive and non-competitive) who want to improve their fitness and swimming technique.

COMSA the Local Masters Swimming Committee (LMSC) is charged with regulating all masters swimming activities in the states of Colorado and Wyoming.

Time: 9:25am-11:45am
Cost: Free entry to the pool and practice, $5.00 for breakfast, Santiago's Breakfast Burritos, Fruit, Coffee and Juice. COMSA membership not required, although always recommended.

The Lou Parker Coach of the Year Award was created in1986 to recognize outstanding coaching. Please nominate your coach if you feel they contribute to their team with respect to camaraderie, technical advice , motivation and support of team members.
The Jack Buchannan Service Award selection is based on contribution to Masters Swimming and COMSA.

Young Master Scholarship Program
Mission of Program: To promote health, wellness, fitness and competition for adults, ages 18-24, through swimming. Goal of Program: To encourage 10 individuals between the ages of 18-24 to participate in a masters swim program by reimbursing them for their 2015 USMS registration fee and their entry into one 2015 USMS sanctioned event (not to exceed $40). ACC is located in south metro Denver on Santa Fe Drive near C-470. We can't have another pool on the south side of town close. There's nowhere for 500+ swimmers to go.
